Ratio… by Paige Edenfield

Ratio

I have nothing for you
Not a single care.
Not one to give, not one to lend.
I am diminished of patience
And I’m finding it extremely difficult
To occupy the same space as you.
Simply because I want to strangle you
And love you
And hate you
All at once.
But
always
i

love

you

Paige Edenfield is an aspiring young poet from an old tun-down mill town in Georgia. She’s a college student, an avid runner and she believes that if you can’t annoy at least one person with what you’re writing, there’s little point in writing. Her one, young foolish hope in this life is that one day her words will be influential ones.
