To find not there the one I so adored
Worth not chaos in a barfly’s purse
Keep an eye on kids and love the wife
my situation: the House itself.
but there is something strange about the House that I can feel.
either of real or imagined pasts.
almost imperceptibly awry,
with these uneasy intangibilities.
are not even that concrete.
none of which have made up their minds
a difficult atmosphere to live within its walls.
the House with its care and maintenance.
